Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness competitions when she was a teenager. She won her Pro Card within a year at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model and a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was just 16 when she gave up her gymnastics. When she was 17, she received her Professional Card one year later. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had to spend the time off from performing when she was awarded her Professional card to complete her college. In 2015, she returned to the stage to compete in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition She continued to compete for several years, setting goals for herself. In 2009, she had won four other fitness titles. In 2009, she was named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel completed her first six years in competition to get her college diploma. In October of 2015 Ariel made her return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she placed 3rd in the competition. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, she walked onto the Olympia stage and took home the position of 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she did not have any expectations. She was happy by her performance. It is no surprise that Ariel did well given that she had to compete against top of the line athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel likes working out her back. This is made up of lat pull-downs, bent rows that use a single hand with a pull-up device as well as sitting rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the work outs. Ariel gets the most out of her time. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
